"I Wanted Something That Felt Like Me" - Di

We hear some version of this a lot: I didn't want to look sick. I wanted to look like myself.

That's exactly what one of our community members told us recently, describing the moment she went looking for headwear during treatment and found everything either too clinical or too costume-like. Nothing in between. Nothing that felt like an actual piece of her wardrobe.

That gap is the reason Hope exists. We want every person who wears one of our pieces to feel like they've put on something they chose — not something they settled for.

If you're reading this because you're in the middle of your own version of that search, we see you, and we're building this for you. If you have a story of your own you'd like to share (anonymously or not), we'd love to hear it — it shapes everything we make.
